ABOUT ME

I want you and to feel comfortable with me from the moment we first meet - and I work hard to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

In addition, I bring over 19 years of  experience and training in many areas, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Brainspotting, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Training), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Family Systems.

As a wife and mom, I understand the importance of family relationships from a personal perspective, as well.

I have a Master’s Degree in Family Therapy from Friend’s University and Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Baker University.

My previous work sites include residential centers, church, and community mental health agency settings, as well as private practice.
